Our purpose is straightforward: help Queenslanders find a place to call home, create more jobs closer to home, and support liveable communities that reflect Queensland's way of life.We work across government and with industry to attract investment, enable jobs and deliver projects that make a measurable difference for Queenslanders.About the Role:This role supports EDQ's grants, loans and infrastructure agreements to help deliver development-ready land across Queensland.Support the design, implementation and monitoring of infrastructure funding programsAdminister infrastructure and funding agreements with government, industry and utility partnersManage agreement administration, reporting, invoice processing and process improvementsBuild strong internal relationships and provide practical, solutions-focused supportPrepare quality briefings, reports and advice to support informed decision-makingMonitor regulatory and agreement requirements,
escalating matters as neededAbout You:You will be proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.Qualifications in infrastructure planning or law will be highly regardedForward-thinking, adaptable and able to manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting grants, loans or infrastructure funding agreements within a government environmentStrong internal engagement and stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of infrastructure agreements and government processesClear written and verbal communication skills, including reports and briefingsProactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWhy Choose EDQ:If you're motivated by purpose and impact, you'll fit right in at EDQ.
