The Role
This role will provide administrative support to the Health, Special Issues and Property practice group. Your responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing and maintaining multiple inboxes and calendars, as well as monitoring court and client timeframes and providing reminders as necessary
- Accepting client instructions through our client portal, Legal Panel Gateway (LPG)
- Uploading documents to corresponding KPI orders on LPG
- Updating Affinity data and opening claims in Netdocs case management system
- Drafting correspondence
- Diarising matter reminders, ensuring matters are up to date
- Running reports from LPG and monitoring compliance
- Following up queries relating to data with solicitors, secretaries and clients
What You Offer
- A background in Data / Reporting / Legal Administration
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work for long periods with data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi‑task
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Knowledge of Affinity,
LPG Gateway and NetDocuments would be beneficial, but not essential
- Effective time and project management skills
- Prior legal or professional service experience preferable
- Work closely with and under instructions from the Compliance Officer to ensure data compliance
