You'll be joining a business known for engaging staff at all levels, offering a professional, hard-working environment with structured training and clear routes to progression.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Developing, reviewing, and managing projects across all elements of delivery
- Providing proactive site leadership and managing safety performance
- Overseeing day-to-day quality management and contributing to quality procedures
- Offering technical advice and problem-solving support
- Establishing and maintaining project cost control, with a focus on labour utilisation and efficiency
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing monthly reporting and progress claims
- Procuring and managing subcontractors
- Administering contracts and managing commercial risk
What We Are Looking For
- Full Australian working rights are essential
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Experience on civil projects, ideally land development or subdivisions
- A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
- Robust communication skills and the ability to anticipate upcoming tasks
