About the Roles
Project Engineer The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of TMR projects, working closely with project teams to ensure protected, efficient, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating project delivery activities
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Programming and resource coordination
- Contract administration and procurement
- Ensuring compliance with TMR specifications and project requirements
- Supporting quality, safety and environmental outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience delivering TMR or Road projects
- Strong understanding of Queensland road infrastructure projects
- Proven stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Civil Quality Representative (CQR) The CQR will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes and ensuring works comply with TMR standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project quality documentation and records
- Conducting inspections and audits
- Reviewing ITPs and quality plans
- Monitoring compliance with TMR specifications
- Supporting project teams through quality assurance processes
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a CQR, Junior Site Engineer or similar role
- Exposure to TMR projects and standards is desired
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
