Crossmuller is growing and we're looking for a Project Engineer who wants to be involved in projects from concept through to commissioning.

From data centres, advanced manufacturing facilities, and automated warehouses to industrial processing plants and critical infrastructure, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that improve productivity, efficiency and automation for some of Australia's leading businesses.

The Chance

At Crossmuller, you'll combine engineering design with hands-on project delivery. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, fabrication teams and site personnel to turn concepts into real-world solutions.

This is far more than a desk-based engineering role. You'll see your designs come to life on site, solve technical challenges as they arise and help deliver projects that have a direct impact on how our clients operate.

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering discipline

- Experience delivering projects in manufacturing, automation or industrial environments

- Experience managing project schedules, documentation and stakeholder communication

- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and strong technical problem-solving skills





- Ability to balance engineering design with site-based project delivery

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly Regarded

- Materials handling, conveyor or automation project experience

- Experience in data centre greenfield projects

- Exposure to commissioning and site supervision
