About the Role Reporting to a Project Manager,
you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely & efficiently from commencement through to completion.
You will work closely with supervisors, subcontractors & suppliers while taking ownership of engineering, planning and project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include
- Planning and coordinating construction activities
- Programming and short-term planning
- Procurement of subcontractors, materials and plant
- Cost control, forecasting and budget management
- Contract administration and management of subcontractors
- Preparing RFIs, ITPs, SWMS and project documentation
- Managing quality assurance and project compliance
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Reviewing drawings and resolving construction issues
- Supporting project delivery teams
