Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement corporate strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, strategic reports, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and organizational improvements.
- Identify business growth opportunities, process optimization initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Support mergers, partnerships, investment evaluations, and other strategic initiatives where applicable.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular project and strategy updates to senior management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project governance activities.
- Manage project documentation, risk assessments,



and change management processes.
- Perform other strategic and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, management consulting, business planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
