About the Role

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic projects from initiation through completion.

Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

Coordinate meetings, document key decisions, and manage follow-up actions.

Improve operational processes, workflows, and project management frameworks.

Ensure effective communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

Corporate Strategy & Business Development

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Support corporate strategy development and business growth initiatives.

Analyze business performance, market opportunities, and emerging trends.

Develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.





Support business planning, expansion strategies, partnerships, and transformation initiatives.

Prepare business cases, strategy reports, and executive-level presentations.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Support leadership teams in evaluating strategic priorities and initiatives.

Strategic Operations Support

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Support implementation of strategic programs and organizational initiatives.

Collaborate with teams across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales.

Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Assist in change management and process improvement projects.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in project management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or related roles is preferred.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills.

Ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable recommendations.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, or Trello is an advantage.





Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional workplace.
