About the Role

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management review.

Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.

Improve project workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.

Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.

Corporate Strategy

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Support corporate strategy development and business growth initiatives.

Analyze business performance,



market opportunities, and emerging trends.

Develop strategic recommendations and business improvement plans.

Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), partnerships, and expansion projects where applicable.

Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, and business proposals.

Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Support business transformation and organizational development initiatives.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in project management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or related fields is preferred.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, or Trello is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic,



and cross-functional environment.
