? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

- Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management review.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Improve project workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.

Corporate Strategy
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Support corporate strategy development and business growth initiatives.
- Analyze business performance,



market opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Develop strategic recommendations and business improvement plans.
- Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), partnerships, and expansion projects where applicable.
- Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, and business proposals.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Support business transformation and organizational development initiatives.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, or Trello is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic,



and cross-functional environment.
