Project Manager Solution Onboarding

We are seeking an experienced RAN Project Manager to lead end to end solution onboarding for carrier network deployments across multi vendor environments, including Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering RAN rollout and integration projects from initiation through handover, ensuring quality, schedule, scope, and stakeholder expectations are met. Similar telecom PM roles emphasize end to end delivery, multi vendor coordination, and strong stakeholder management across RAN, transmission, and broader network deployments ï¿¿.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end onboarding of RAN solutions into telco carrier networks, from requirements gathering to operational handover.

Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across internal teams, vendors, and carrier stakeholders.

Coordinate with OEMs and technology teams to ensure solution readiness, integration, testing, acceptance, and deployment.

Oversee cross functional delivery across RAN, transmission, core, field operations, and service assurance teams.

Track progress, report project status, and escalate issues to program leadership or customer governance forums.

Ensure delivery aligns with carrier standards, change windows, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria.





Support multi vendor environments and manage interface points between Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, and other network partners ï¿¿.

Required Experience

10 to 15 + years of experience in telecom project management, with strong exposure to RAN deployment, integration, or rollout.

Proven experience managing end to end delivery in carrier network environments.

Hands on experience working with Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei solutions in live network or deployment contexts.

Robust understanding of RAN technologies, rollout processes, acceptance testing, and operational handover.

Experience coordinating with engineering, implementation, operations, and customer stakeholders in complex telecom programs.

Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery governance, such as MS Project or Primavera, is commonly expected in telecom PM roles ï¿¿.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

Experience with carrier transformation, modernization, swap, expansion, or solution onboarding programs.

Strong communication, negotiation, risk management, and leadership skills.

Ability to work across multiple vendors and manage technical and non technical stakeholders effectively.
