We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects that enhance our community, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved safely, on time and within budget.

About the Role
- Lead and deliver a portfolio of building and civil infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction and handover.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources to ensure successful project outcomes and compliance with the City's Project Management Framework.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, community groups and elected members through effective communication and reporting
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to project staff while fostering a culture of teamwork,
continuous improvement and high performance.
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience managing major building, construction and civil infrastructure projects, including contract administration and procurement processes.
- Highly developed project management, financial management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and risks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence and Construction Industry White Card; tertiary qualifications in construction or project management will be highly regarded.
