The next step in your career starts here… We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will lead the planning, mobilisation and delivery of complex installation projects, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused outcomes from commencement through to completion. You'll enjoy variety in your role including: Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale installation projects
Developing and managing project schedules, delivery programs and installation plans
Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved safely, on time and within budget
Liaising closely with customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Managing site mobilisation and installation activities
Overseeing site inductions and ensuring all health, safety and compliance requirements are met
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Managing project budgets, resources and reporting requirements
Ensuring a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery
Driving successful project outcomes through effective planning, communication and leadership What you'll bring to the role Experience managing construction, infrastructure or large-scale installation projects
Demonstrated experience delivering complex site-based projects from planning through to completion
Robust contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, delivery programs and project budgets
Sound understanding of site safety, inductions and compliance requirements
Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timeframes
