Project Manager - Health and Community Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Health & Community Services to join our Perth team for an initial six-month engagement, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving projects through periods of significant change and transition.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering complex projects across the health and community services sector, working closely with senior stakeholders to solve problems, manage competing priorities, influence decision-making and ensure successful outcomes.
Projects are likely to involve:
· Complex project delivery across a range of strategic initiatives
· Operational readiness and implementation initiatives
· Service transitions and transformation programs
· Mergers, integrations and organisational change initiatives
· Strategic planning and implementation projects
What You'll Be Doing
· Managing projects from planning through to successful delivery
· Coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders and competing priorities
· Developing clear project documentation, reports and briefing papers
· Building strong relationships with executives,
operational leaders and project stakeholders
· Analysing qualitative and quantitative information to support decision-making
· Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder consultations
· Identifying risks, issues and opportunities while driving practical solutions
· Supporting organisations through periods of transition, integration and change
This is the ideal role for you if you:
· Are an experienced Project Manager with strong delivery capability, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who is able to hit the ground running
· Can quickly engage, influence and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders within a timeframe to achieve desired outcomes
· Have demonstrated project management experience, ideally within healthcare, community services or other areas of large-scale human services environments
· Have experience supporting merger integrations, commissioning activities or major organisational transitions and change
· Have strong analytical skills and can interpret both qualitative and quantitative information
· Have excellent written communication skills, including preparing explicit, concise reports and project documentation
· Take a practical, outcomes-focused approach and are comfortable working in complex, evolving environments with competing priorities
· Are looking to work on meaningful projects that positively impact communities
Highly Regarded
· Experience delivering complex projects across healthcare, community services or other social infrastructure sectors, including hospitals, aged care, disability, housing, justice or education
· Experience with operational readiness, commissioning or go-live activities for new infrastructure
· Formal project management qualifications
