In order to join the team as our new Major Loss Supervisor you will have the ability to work within a rapid-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.
Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well informed
Preparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair
Quality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair
Repair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI
Budgets – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs
