With highly experienced staff including specialized Brokers, Engineers and Nautical Superintendents, NMT Projects offers total logistic management, technical support and freight forwarding expertise to ensure a cost effective solution to accommodate specific delivery needs of our valued clients.

The Role:

Reporting to Operations Manager, the Project Manager’s role is to provide tailored solutions to clients’ complex logistics requirements for oversized & heavy lift cargoes by providing intelligent advice and efficiently managing project execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





- Preparing and formalizing quotes for clients

- Leading new business meetings following established sales process

- Work in conjunction with Team specialists to investigate transport options based on scope of project

- Developing project plans (including quotation)

- Establishing and maintaining communication with clients and suppliers throughout projects

- Booking directly with Carriers to / from various locations

- Managing project budget and costing in line with quotation

- Document control and reporting as required

- Deal with Customs and all other government authorities relating to import / export clearances

The successful applicant MUST have…

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

- Extensive experience with Project Freight, Break Bulk, RORO cargo, and chartering

- Experience in cartage coordination and international cargo management

- Be able to travel both domestic and international to support the operational needs of the business

- Excellent skills with software such as: EDI Cargowise, Microsoft products
