Working closely with client project teams, engineering disciplines, and senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, supporting execution strategies, identifying schedule risks, and providing planning insights that drive successful project outcomes. We are seeking an exceptional Planner to support projects throughout Australia and also support the growth of the business through your exceptional capability, skillset and attitude.

About the Role The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the development of detailed project plans for large integration of BoQ/QMR preparing EoT claims, tender and baseline submission. Additionally, we are looking for someone with experience in construction, an eye for detail, a positive proactive attitude and quick to learn new systems and provide services in line with our business values of Performance, Integrity, Efficiency and Commitment.

Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules in line with the scope of works and project estimates.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including cost, EV/PV/PF performance, and detailed project performance insights.

Work with site teams to ensure resources are available in accordance with the resource plan.

Assist in maximising plant, equipment, and labour utilisation in conjunction with the Site Manager.

Assist with the implementation of systems, controls, and training to ensure labour productivity remains within budget.





Develop 4D construction plans using Synchro software.

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Present schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Analyse schedule deviations and proposed variations to evaluate their impact on project timeframes and resource requirements.

Analyse cost estimates, challenge labour productivity assumptions and rate allocations, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Required Skills Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project planning role.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
