About the role

This Property Manager roles offers an excellent opportunity to join the experienced team, a leading real estate agency servicing the inner city , Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.( dependent on which above role).

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse , clean portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless tenant and landlord relations, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage a clean portfolio of rental properties,



overseeing all aspects of tenancy management with support of the admin team.

2 Liaise with landlords and tenants to effectively address any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulation
2. Proactively identify opportunities to maximise rental returns and optimise property performance
3. Contribute to the growth and development of the business through your exceptional customer service and property management expertise

What they are looking for

1. Relevant experience in residential property management, ( min 1 year or more) ideally within the Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne or inner city.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
4. Sound knowledge of real estate legislation, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
6.



Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
