Company (ALSC) is expanding and looking for a motivated Property Advisor to support our growing customer enquiry pipeline.TWe’re looking for motivated Property Advisors to guide customers through their home-buying journey, providing expert advice, building relationships, and helping them find the best solution for their needs. Key Responsibilities

Contact recent website enquiries within 24 hours.

Build strong relationships with prospective home buyers.

Understand each customer’s property goals, budget and timeframe.

Recommend suitable modular homes and housing solutions.

Educate customers on our products, process and available options.

Send brochures, floor plans, pricing and relevant information.

Manage customer interactions and follow-up activities in HubSpot.

Book consultations and progress qualified opportunities.





Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About

You

- Confident communicator with strong phone skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
- Organised, self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working with CRM systems
- Ability to build rapport and maintain follow-up processes A genuine interest in property, housing or helping customers achieve home ownership.

Desirable

Experience

- Property, housing, construction or real estate industry exposure
- HubSpot or CRM experience

Remote sales or customer relationship management.
