Salary: $87,813.00 - $116,824.00 + super + salary packaging Welcome to St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney An opportunity has arisen for the position of Property and Administration Officer, Trustees of St Vincent’s Hospital (TSVH) at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. The Property and Administration Officer, TSVH, will report to and provide support to, the Senior Manager, Project and Property Assets, TSVH.

The position is responsible for supporting the operations of TSVH in accordance with the Mission and Values of St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney.

About the role

Manage property and lease administration for the TSVH property portfolio – Coordinate lease and licence agreements, monitor tenant compliance, maintain lease registers, and manage CPI, rent reviews and insurance documentation.

Keep operations running smoothly – Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, reports, document control, purchase orders,



invoices and finance administration.

Support a diverse TSVH property portfolio – Assist with property projects, inspections, maintenance coordination and operational activities across St Vincent's property assets.

Coordinate TSVH car parking services – Manage parking applications, approvals, payroll deductions, invoicing, customer enquiries and the annual staff car park ballot.

Build strong stakeholder relationships – Work closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams to deliver responsive customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day property operations.

About you

Experience in property, facilities or office administration, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong administration, customer service and financial administration experience, with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
