We're looking for a motivated and reliable Property Management Inspection & Leasing Coordinator to join our Property Management team. Full-Time | Flexible Working Arrangements | Saturday Work Required In this role, you will:

Conduct open for inspections for rental properties.

Liaise with prospective renters to coordinate inspection appointments.

Proactively schedule and manage open for inspections to support the timely leasing of properties.

Work both autonomously and collaboratively to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Conduct routine property inspections with care and attention to detail, identifying and documenting any maintenance concerns.





Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports based on your findings.

Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our agency professionally.

You'll play a key role in helping our properties lease quickly by delivering exceptional service to prospective renters and ensuring our inspections are conducted professionally and efficiently.

This is a full-time position with adaptable working arrangements available for the right candidate.

Please note that Saturday work is an essential requirement of this role.
