As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Property & Facilities Manager to lead the management, maintenance and development of our growing network of services.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the future of our organisation. You'll oversee the buildings and infrastructure that enable our educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences, while leading new projects, managing property assets and ensuring every Woodlands service is safe, compliant and operating at its best.

The Opportunity

This is a hands on leadership role for someone with a strong building, construction or facilities management background who enjoys balancing strategic planning with operational delivery.

You'll oversee the day to day management of our property portfolio while partnering with Operations, Centre Leaders and external contractors to deliver maintenance programs, capital works and exciting new centre developments.

As Woodlands continues to grow, you'll play an integral role in creating safe, functional and inspiring environments for children, families and our teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the management of Woodlands' property and facilities portfolio across multiple locations.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure services remain safe,



compliant and operational.

- Manage reactive maintenance requests and coordinate timely repairs across all campuses.

- Oversee capital works, refurbishments, fit outs and building improvement projects.

- Support the delivery of new centre developments from construction through to operational readiness.

- Manage landlord relationships, lease agreements, renewals and property negotiations.

- Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers while ensuring quality, safety and value for money.

- Monitor facilities budgets, capital expenditure and project costs.

- Ensure all buildings meet legislative, compliance and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and property audits.

- Develop long term asset management strategies to support organisational growth.

- Partner with Centre Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve facilities issues and identify improvement opportunities.

- Support emergency maintenance and business continuity planning when required.

About You

You're an experienced property or facilities professional who enjoys solving problems, managing projects and building solid relationships.

You bring a practical, solutions focused approach and understand how well maintained environments contribute to exceptional outcomes for children, families and employees.

You thrive in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple priorities and are excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing organisation.

The Ideal candidate will:

- Demonstrated experience in property, facilities, construction or asset management.





- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, contractor management and compliance requirements.

- Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships.

- Proven project management experience across maintenance, refurbishments or capital works.

- Excellent financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing practical solutions.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience within education, healthcare, childcare or multi site environments will be highly regarded.
