Batman Group is a privately owned property development and investment company based in Geelong CBD. We own and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the region and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
This is a flexible opportunity available on either a part-time or full-time basis for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service to our tenants while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals
- Manage rent arrears and tenant communications
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
About You
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused property professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property management
- Experience using property management software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
