This is a genuine work-from-home opportunity, with the flexibility to work remotely while remaining connected to a supportive and cooperative team. You'll complete your initial training in the Melbourne office before working remotely, with attendance at the Melbourne office just once a month for company meetings and team collaboration.

The Role You will take ownership of an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, primarily located throughout Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, Leopold, Curlewis and St Leonards. Supported by excellent systems, experienced leadership and a collaborative team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct routine and final inspections.
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades and contractors.




- Manage rental arrears and ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
- Prepare tribunal documentation and attend hearings where required.
- Respond promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively manage your portfolio.

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while remaining connected with a supportive team.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant Victorian real estate registration.
- A current driver's licence.
