Role Description The Public Relations Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day account management, including drafting media materials, coordinating interviews, managing press lists, and monitoring coverage for clients across multiple industries. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, assisting with social media content, and contributing to brand activations and events.

The Account

Executive will help prepare client reports, support development of PR strategies and campaigns, and collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure high-quality execution. The role also includes managing timelines,



handling administrative tasks related to client accounts, and proactively identifying opportunities to secure media and digital exposure. Qualifications

Strong public relations and communications skills, including media relations, writing press releases, pitching stories, and supporting corporate communications initiatives.

Experience with digital and social media, such as managing social channels, coordinating blogger and influencer outreach, and tracking online engagement.

Ability to support brand activations and events, including logistics coordination, talent management, and on-site execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with industries such as technology, consumer lifestyle, FMCG, healthcare, liquor, or fashion is advantageous.

Proficiency in common PR tools and platforms (e.g., media databases, monitoring tools, and basic presentation software) is beneficial.
