About The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Purchasing Demand Planner to support demand planning, supplier communication, purchasing, and inventory operations across a portfolio of leading brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building supplier relationships, and ensuring stock is forecasted, ordered, and delivered efficiently. You’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory performance while supporting the day-to-day operational flow of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Analyse sales and inventory data to support ordering decisions





- Support Forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow

- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and stock data within internal systems

- Assist with reporting, claims, product launches, and retailer submissions

About You:

- Previous experience in forecasting essential. Experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain, or administration highly regarded

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Highly competent in Excel, systems, and reporting tools

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
