As a part of the Aquatec Maxcon team, you'll join a group of passionate professionals who work safely, and responsibly to deliver world class solutions to exciting recent projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse engineering department, facing challenges of designing and commissioning treatment plants that make a real difference to the water industry.
You will
- Assist management in improvement and implementation of quality programs plan(s) and subsequent reviews
- Develop quality status indicators performance measures to monitor the delivery of project deliverables
- Provide quality assurance inspection for parts and assemblies from internal and external providers
- Maintain records and reference files
- Liaise with Clients with regards to Quality and closing out NCRs.
- Liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors and carry out audit and checks to maintain quality control.
- Report on trends and undertake process capability studies to increase total quality costs
- Collaborate with project managers, onshore and offshore manufacturing to ensure continuous improvement of quality practices
Ideally you will have
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering ideally Mechanical or related field
- Background in construction with an understanding of weld procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative style that fosters supportive and positive relationships
- Experience with a QMS and detailed knowledge of AS/NZS 9001
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
