We are a growing residential building company based in Toowoomba, specialising in quality custom homes. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and creating homes our clients are proud of. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.
About the Role
Working alongside a small, experienced team, you'll be involved in all aspects of residential construction, including:
- Frame and truss installation
- Lock-up and fix-out carpentry
- Reading plans and working independently
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Delivering quality workmanship on every project
What We Offer
- Competitive pay of $45–$55 per hour, based on experience
- Consistent, long-term work
- 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday) with opportunities for additional hours when required
- Variety of custom residential projects across Toowoomba and surrounding areas

About You To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Trade qualification in Carpentry
- Experience in residential construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
- Current White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Own tools
