Motion Designer

We're looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our growing team. You'll create engaging 2D and 3D animation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver exceptional work across a diverse range of projects. You will report to the studio director and producers for project delivery.

If you're a creative problem-solver with robust design sensibilities, excellent animation skills and a passion for crafting beautiful work, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is suited to someone at a senior level, though we’re open to keen mid-weights with strong foundations. Ideally,



you’ll have at least 5 years of experience in a similar studio or agency environment.

Essential skills:

- Highly skilled with After Effects
- Comfortable with Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
- A keen eye for design, with a toolkit for multiple styles and the latest trends
- Intuition for storytelling
- Ability to carry projects from concept to delivery
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Solid understanding of process
- Across the latest AI developments and tools
- Adept technical knowledge of formats and delivery (across social media, digital and broadcast)

Bonus Points:

- Skilled with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini or other 3D software)
- Skilled with other animation software (eg. Cavalry)
- Experience with additional post-production processes including editing, colour grading, sound design and mix
