Role Realities

Consistent shifts available across multiple participants

We prioritise long-term matches over short-term filling

You’ll be working with participants who require reliable, ongoing support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting people in their homes and community with:

- Daily living and personal care
- Community access and social participation
- Cleaning, meal prep and household tasks




- Skill building and independence development
- Psychosocial and mental health supports
- Providing a calm, consistent and reliable support presence

The work focuses on consistency and building genuine connections

Essentials

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children's Check (desirable, not essential)
- Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Cert III/IV (desirable, not essential)
