What You'll Do

You’ll manage your own portfolio of SEO clients, taking ownership from strategy through to execution.

- Develop SEO strategies tailored to each client's commercial goals
- Identify new opportunities to grow organic visibility and revenue
- Build quarterly roadmaps that prioritise impact




- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends

Technical SEO

- Perform comprehensive technical audits
- Identify crawl, indexation and Core Web Vitals issues
- Brief developers with explicit technical recommendations
- Monitor website health and proactively resolve issues

Content & On-Page SEO

- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Develop content strategies aligned with search intent
- Optimise landing pages for rankings, conversions and user experience

Client Management

- Manage approximately 15-20 SEO clients
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting
- Explain performance in clear commercial terms
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication

Team & Process Improvement

- Share knowledge with junior team members
- Help refine internal SEO systems and processes
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Participate in strategy sessions and internal workshops

What We're Looking For

You’ll likely have:

- 1+ years of agency SEO experience
- Experience independently managing client portfolios
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Confidence analysing websites and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of keyword research,



content strategy and internal linking
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A commercial mindset that connects SEO activity to business outcomes
