We’re on the lookout for an experienced Frame & Truss Manager to take ownership of a high-performing department - driving sales, operational excellence, and team development while delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a small team and the overall end-to-end Frame & Truss operation, from estimating and detailing through to production and project delivery.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional team across Estimating, Detailing, Production and Scheduling
- Work closely with the sales team to build on relationships with existing customers and drive new business
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners across all project stages
- Ensure products are deliveredon time, on budget and to a high quality
- Lead the estimating & detailing teams both technically and commercially ensuring accuracy, pricing effectiveness and upskilling team members
- Drive consistent and optimised scheduling and deliveries
- Review the P&L; and identify and implement areas of cost reduction or improved efficiency
- Develop budgets and forecasts and report on any variances
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, costing and design databases
- Manage all plant, equipment and assets to ensure safety, compliance and operational readiness
- Lead a safety first attitude across the site
- Provide technical and commercial oversight on quotations and design solutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across estimating, detailing, production, scheduling & deliveries (systems and processes)

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience inmanaging a Frame & Truss (or a similar manufacturing) site amust(5+years)
- Experience with MiTek Sapphire a plus
- Strong leadership background with the ability to motivate and develop teams




- Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
- Ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with solid decision‑making capability
- Experience with estimating/design software and interpreting architectural & engineering plans
- Current driver’s licence with flexibility to travel when required
