SO4 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead brine production, pond operations and salt mining at our Lake Way project, 15 km south of Wiluna. On a 4/3 FIFO roster, you will build a high-performance team and ensure protected, efficient operations.
Reporting to the Head of Site Operations, you will manage the Operations Superintendents and Planning Engineers, driving continuous improvement and budget discipline while liaising with Engineering, Procurement and Finance.
