- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and Awards.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax and superannuation obligations.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and accuracy.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position, including end-to-end Payroll processing in Australia.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- A flexible,
