Our client is a fast-growing, boutique real estate agency based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs known for its premium presence, solid leadership and energetic team culture. Due to growth, they are seeking a polished and motivated Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their dynamic office in a newly created role.

The Role

- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently




- Maintain presentation standards of the reception area and support overall office coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with basic banking duties and postal services
- Support coordination of office events and internal functions

About You

- Positive, proactive and professional
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up
- Well‑presented with a strong work ethic
- Real estate experience advantageous but not essential
