Lead Plumber – Bathroom Renovations

About the Role

Tomas Built is a fast-growing bathroom renovation company specialising in high-end bathroom, laundry and powder room renovations across Sydney.

We’re looking for a motivated, qualified plumber to become our Lead Plumber. You’ll be the dedicated plumber within our team, completing all plumbing work across our projects while working alongside our carpenters and labourers from demolition through to final fit-off.

This is more than just a plumbing role. You’ll run your own renovation projects from early on, gain exposure to project management and trade coordination, and learn every stage of the renovation process while working in a supportive, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete all plumbing work from demolition through to final fit-off.

- Carry out rough-ins, drainage alterations and plumbing fit-offs.

- Install toilets, vanities, baths, tapware and fixtures.

- Run your own renovation projects from an early stage.

- Work closely with carpenters and labourers throughout each build.





- Assist with general renovation work between plumbing stages.

- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

- Keep worksites clean, organised and safe.

About You

- Is a qualified and licensed plumber.

- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.

- Can work independently and take ownership of projects.

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.

- Wants to learn more than just plumbing.

- Is reliable, motivated and eager to grow with the business.

- Holds a current driver’s licence.

- Has the majority of own plumbing tools
