We are a busy, well-established plumbing business based in Apollo Bay and are seeking a Qualified Plumber to join our experienced and close-knit team.

You’ll be working alongside 3 other qualified plumbers — all of whom completed their apprenticeships with us, reflecting our strong culture, long-term staff retention, and commitment to training and quality workmanship.

About the Role

- Full-time position for a fully qualified plumber
- Residential and commercial plumbing work
- Variety of projects across Victoria, with occasional interstate work
- Opportunity to assist with training and mentoring apprentices, where we see fit
- Two new potential apprentices will be coming through the business and will require structured, on-the-job training and guidance
- Immediate start available for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Current Valid Plumbing License / Registration (VIC)
- Current driver’s license (essential)
- Career-driven, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to support and guide apprentices as required

- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Ability to be a genuine asset to a busy and growing business
