As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced and qualified Scaffolders to join our residential scaffolding team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working across residential building sites throughout Adelaide, you'll be responsible for:

- Erecting, modifying and dismantling residential scaffolding
- Inspecting scaffolding to ensure it meets safety and compliance requirements
- Reading and interpreting scaffold plans where required
- Leading secure work practices on site
- Mentoring and supporting Labourers and less experienced team members
- Identifying hazards and implementing appropriate controls
- Maintaining scaffold equipment and company assets
- Liaising professionally with builders, supervisors and customers
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring

- Licence – Scaffolding
- White Card




- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Experience erecting and dismantling residential scaffolding
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- The ability to lead by example and support others
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, accountability and sound judgement
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
