The Role
You'll lead the continued growth of an established qualitative insights team, including:
- Forging strong relationships with clients
- Leading qualitative thinking and deliverables
- Building out a happy and high performing team
- Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
- Budget timeline and asset management
- Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
- Remaining hands-on with qualitative research and consulting

About You:
We’re looking for a seasoned qualitative strategist with:
- Deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and client consulting
- Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
- Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges
- A passion for developing people and building capability
- Commercial acumen, curiosity and the ambition to help shape the future of the agency
