This role leads food safety risk and compliance, partnering with Culinary to define and maintain quality standards across the business, ensuring Dineamic's customers receive safe, high-quality food
Key Responsibilities
Food Safety Leadership & Culture
- Drive a strong, visible food safety culture across the business — this is a lead-from-the-front role, not a back-office function
- Develop and formalise processes, procedures and SOPs as the business expands into new markets and operating environments
- Train,
coach and upskill staff across all levels on food safety practice and expectations
- Present a monthly Food Safety performance report to the Senior Leadership Team

- Coordinated site planning, workflow improvements, and site upgrade projects in partnership with Operations
- Challenge and upgrade existing quality systems and processes - expected to identify improvement and rebuild it, not just administer what's in place
- Lead root cause investigation and corrective/preventive action for food safety incidents or non-conformances
Regulatory & Certification Compliance
- Accountable for compliance with FSANZ and relevant food safety regulations across AU & Local council
- Own third-party certification and customer audit readiness
- Act as primary contact for regulatory bodies and auditors
Team Leadership

- 5 years in a food manufacturing QA Management role, ideally in RTH/cook-chill or similar high-risk category
- Strong working knowledge of FSANZ Standard 3.2.2/3.3.1, HACCP, and third-party certification schemes
- Demonstrated experience leading change, building process from scratch, and driving culture — not just maintaining existing systems
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Experience managing external audits (customer, regulatory, certification body)
