To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the Quality Engineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility, accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Work Experience-

- At least 15 years’ experience in the automation, development and testing fields.

· At least 8 years senior or managerial IT experience, as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager of digital products in an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work, including operation support.

· Demonstrated experience in implementing technical solutions in large scale, complex and distributed environments.

· Advanced understanding of all aspects of the technology’s broader operational environment (i.e., processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).

- Robust Manual and Automated testing experience, including demonstrated success with implementing Automated Testing solutions

- Demonstrated experience with a variety of licenced and open-source automation tools, frameworks, scripting languages (e.g. UFT, Rest Assured, Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium, Cucumber, C#, JavaScript, Ruby,



Java etc.)

- Experience with the agile development process and developing code in alignment with coding standards and business processes.

- Demonstrated experience managing automated testing, both in terms of process and tools (e.g., Microfocus ALM, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience with creating Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) test automation frameworks compatible with diverse technology stacks.

- Demonstrated design and development experience with testing aspects of DevOps including IaC for continuous testing purposes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins or AzureDevOps.

- Demonstrated design and development experience with GenAI for test use cases (preferably with OpenAI and LangChain4J).

- Solid understanding of engineering principles, products, and services in a hybrid cloud environment, with a technical background.

· A proven track record in people management and experience in building and leading teams
