About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Quality Systems Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Macksville, NSW.

This role plays a key part in supporting and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring quality processes, documentation, audits and corrective actions are effectively coordinated across the business. Working closely with the Operations Manager and stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will help maintain ISO 9001 compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate quality records, and contribute to audit readiness.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality systems, document control, audits or compliance who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and continuous improvement to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Manage document control, including SOPs, policies, procedures,



forms and quality records.

- Coordinate internal audits and support external audit readiness activities.

- Maintain CAPA, audit action and quality registers, ensuring actions are completed and evidenced.

- Assist departments to document and improve business processes and procedures.

- Prepare quality reports, management review documentation and action trackers.

- Collect and maintain supplier, manufacturer and product quality records.

- Support warehouse quality control documentation, record keeping and process consistency.

- Coordinate quality metrics and reporting to provide visibility of compliance and improvement activities.

- Assist with compliance-related documentation, evidence gathering and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Knowledge

- Experience in quality systems, document control, compliance, internal audits or a similar role.

- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or comparable quality management systems.

- Experience maintaining registers, action plans, audit records or compliance documentation.

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare procedures, reports and documentation.

- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare,



logistics or a quality-focused environment is highly regarded.

- Experience supporting audit preparation, CAPA processes or continuous improvement activities is desirable.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
