About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Brisbane Cost Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to broaden their experience, work across a diverse range of projects and play a key role in the growth of an expanding business. You'll work closely with experienced cost management professionals while gaining exposure to clients and projects across a variety of sectors.

Whether you have experience in commercial, residential, education, health, industrial, retail or infrastructure projects,



we are interested in hearing from talented professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of cost management services throughout the project lifecycle, including:

- Cost planning and estimating
- Feasibility studies and benchmarking
- Procurement and tender management
- Cost reporting and financial monitoring
- Contract administration and commercial support
- Value engineering and cost optimisation
- Risk identification and management
- Building robust client and stakeholder relationships

About You

You will bring

- 2-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Desire to contribute to a collaborative and growing team
- AIQS membership or progress towards professional accreditation will be highly regarded
