? We’re Hiring – Junior Accountant (1–2 Years Public Practice Experience) Real Solution Partners is a growing boutique accounting and advisory firm based in Sydney CBD. We’re looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of Australian public practice experience who is confident in:

Preparing BAS & IAS

Xero bookkeeping and reconciliations

Preparing financial reports and working papers

Assisting with year-end compliance work What we’re looking for:

- 1–2 years of Australian accounting firm experience
- Experience with Xero
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- CPA/CA commenced (or intending to commence) is preferred What we offer:
