The Role

Make a real impact in WA's grain industry while developing hands-on skills in a supportive team environment. We're looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join us as Receival Point Operators (RPOs) on a full-time or fixed-term basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.

This position requires flexibility to work across multiple receival sites within Area 6, including Koorda, Dowerin, Wyalkatchem, Cadoux, Kalannie and Goodlands. You'll receive training in a range of Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and more! Roster options include Monday to Friday with the prospect for voluntary weekend work and additional hours during Harvest, or a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.

Responsibilities include

- Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.
- Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.




- Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain.
- Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.
- This role involves physical aspects including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environments.

About You
