Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy Brisbane office on a full-time basis. This varied and fast-paced position will see you acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors and stakeholders
- Booking, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Assisting with event and meeting set-up
- Maintaining records, spreadsheets and office documentation
- Coordinating catering supplies and refreshments
- Preparing tea, coffee and light refreshments for meetings
- Receiving and distributing deliveries and mail
- Providing general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, binding and document preparation

- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is highly regarded
