Village Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is a dedicated receptionist to join our team in Shellharbour, NSW. As a the first person clients meet on walking in, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative services to our clients. This is a part or full time position.
What you will be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling and cancellations
3. Handling patient inquiries and providing information about the clinic's services
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories
5. Performing general administrative duties, such as answering phones, processing payments and managing inventory
6. Ensuring the clinic is well-organised and maintained
What we are looking for
1. Hard-working, keen learner, team player
2. Client centered approach
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients,
clinicians and other staff members effectively
4. A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
6. Must have valid Australian work rights
