Recruitment Consultant: Healthcare | Aged Care | Childcare
Not all recruitment agencies are built the same.
At Pulse Staffing and Sanctuary Recruitment, you'll inherit established client relationships, work alongside dedicated Resourcing and Compliance teams, and have access to technology that removes much of the administration that slows recruiters down.
That means more time building relationships, solving workforce challenges and growing your desk.
Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking for a stronger platform or a commercially minded professional ready to apply your skills in recruitment, we'll provide the support, development and opportunities to help you succeed.
About Us
Pulse Staffing and Sanctuary Recruitment are specialist workforce providers supporting healthcare and aged care organisations across Australia.
Pulse Staffing connects exceptional healthcare professionals with public and private providers nationwide, while Sanctuary Recruitment is a trusted partner to aged care organisations across Australia, helping them build high-performing clinical, operational and leadership teams.
As part of the global Acacium Group, we're passionate about connecting great people with meaningful work. Every day our teams help hospitals, aged care providers and community services deliver safe, high-quality care by ensuring they have access to the workforce they need.

- Staying informed about workforce trends, industry developments and client challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records within our candidate tracking systems.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong client relationships built on trust and responsiveness.
- Engaged and well-utilised candidate pools.
- Consistent growth across your desk.
- High levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Quality placements supported by excellent compliance outcomes.
- Strong collaboration with your colleagues across Recruitment, Resourcing, Finance and Compliance.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, loves working with people and is motivated by achieving results.
You'll likely bring

- A commercial mindset and the drive to influence outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- A genuine interest in helping clients and candidates achieve their goals.
Healthcare, aged care or workforce solutions experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Why Join Us?
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Versatile working with an early Friday finish because weekends start on Friday.
- 20 days annual leave plus the option to purchase additional leave.
