About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team! You’ll work autonomously, owning end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering job-ready candidates when they’re needed.
With real freedom to source creatively and shape attraction strategies across multiple channels, you’ll play a key role in how we find and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement recruitment initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines
- Conduct face-to-face and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Proactively source talent through referrals, talent searches, and social media channels
- Support hiring managers through the selection process to ensure strong hiring outcomes
- Prepare offers and manage end-to-end onboarding for successful placements
- Complete general administration and reporting to support smooth recruitment operations

What You’ll Bring!
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally blue-collar industries
- Prior experience using JobAdder, highly advantageous
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid C class driver license
