Having access to senior leaders you'll provide talent acquisition leadership to a small team of recruiters delivering workforce solutions across WA's maintenance sectors. Beyond day‑to‑day delivery, this role plays a critical part in shaping recruitment standards, systems and capability as the business grows.

As the organisation expands, this role expands with it — including the prospect to build a larger recruitment team, contribute to broader group mining recruitment, and support future growth or acquisition activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive the growth and expansion of the labour hire division.
